- Passed Class 10 (High School) with Science Stream
- Passed 10+2 Intermediate Examination
- Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani) registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh
- Diploma in Midwifery (Unani) registrable with the same board
- Must possess Registration Certificate as Unani Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri) from the Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh
